Cancellations may be done at this link, by email (only if more than 24 hours in advance), or, if necessary, by phone. If you must cancel on the day of your appointment, I ask that you please do so via Schedulicity or by texting me; I cannot check email or voice mail during my work day. There will be a $50 charge for all cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
There is no need to cancel if you are feeling sick; in fact, that is a perfect time to come in so I can help you to get better faster! If you have a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of waiving the charge.
